Annual job evaluation of high and primary school teachers is paid much attention by society in large scale. To complete this work successfully, Hefei Run’an Boarding School Human Resource Department, with sticking to standard and requirements of Higher-level departments in charge of education and following the flow, has completed the evaluation work in a high quality.

In accordance with the instructions of superior’s document, our school has established and improved school accreditation organizations, as well as the assessment panel that declares the full implementation of audit functions. In accordance with the provincial education department, the Office of Personnel [2007] 6 document, we take a rigorous examination to the integrity of materials, normative, and authenticity, to declare personnel morality performance, and verify the term workload, attendance, every semester the formulation of the plan and the completion of each semester, and some related information to ensure that the assessment of the material is true, complete.
