 深化单元设计,夯实学习根基

范娇娇老师聚焦中学项目个体与社会(MYP Individuals and societies),围绕单元计划实施进行了深入分享。她介绍了结合MYP改进的通用单元计划方法,强调从内容、概念、情境、技能多视角切入。范老师指出,内容是学习的基础,概念是抽象的组织框架,情境关联学习与实际,技能则是运用知识的能力。她详细阐述了各要素的具体实施要点与未来的改进方向,为老师们优化教学设计提供了清晰路径。

 

Enhancing Unit Design, Strengthening Learning Foundations

Teacher Fan Jiaojiao shared insights on MYP Individuals and Societies unit planning. She presented an improved unit design approach emphasizing four perspectives: content (learning foundation), concepts (organizational framework), context (real-world connections), and skills (knowledge application). Her detailed implementation strategies and improvement directions provide clear guidance for optimizing teaching designs.

 引领学习方向,激发教育使命

束庆清老师则分享了“Leading the Learning (引领学习) 培训的收获。她形容此次培训如同一场IB实践的深度探索。束老师重点介绍了三个核心策略:一是通过围坐探讨学校使命与IB理念的共鸣点,思考如何更好地融合;二是从全球互动、跨文化理解到多语学习,系统梳理“国际情怀”的培养路径;三是在“Chalk Talk”无声笔谈活动中,对IB十大培养目标的解读碰撞出意想不到的新火花。培训还强调了营造积极学习环境的重要性,例如在MYP教室中有效融合学习者培养目标(LP)墙、学习方法(ATL)技能墙、概念展示区等元素。最后,束老师还贴心地提供了IB官网免费资源等实用信息,助力全体IB教育者持续成长。

Teacher Shu Qingqing shared key takeaways from the "Leading the Learning" IB training:

孟艾菊老师分享了全球背景–中学项目课堂策略 (Global ContextsClassroom Strategies for MYP)。她指出,MYP的全球背景是其课程框架的核心要素,旨在帮助学生将学习内容与真实世界相联系,培养全球视野和跨文化理解。孟老师带来了打通个人、本地与全球视角的实用课堂策略:从创建动态协作的思维导图,到引导学生书写个人联系日记、制作社区拼贴画,还有角色扮演、时间线分析等丰富活动。这些策略巧妙融入课堂,将助力学生成长为具有深刻全球意识的学习者。

Connecting Global Contexts, Broadening Horizons

Teacher Meng Aiju shared practical MYP strategies for integrating Global Contexts - core elements linking learning to real-world issues. Her classroom-ready approaches include:

Collaborative mind maps connecting personal/local/global perspectives

Student reflection journals and community collages

Role-playing and timeline analysis

These methods cultivate students' global awareness while seamlessly enhancing regular lessons.

 打破学科壁垒,探索跨学科教学

贾梦杨老师带来了跨学科教与学(MYP Interdisciplinary teaching and learning) 的洞见。此次IB跨学科培训聚焦于打破学科壁垒,提升教师整合多学科知识的能力。培训围绕主题式学习设计展开,深入探讨了学科关联点的挖掘、跨学科课程的开发等内容。贾老师介绍,通过案例分析、小组研讨等互动方式,教师们掌握了有效的跨学科教学策略,学会了如何结合真实情境设计探究任务。这将有效助力学生建立不同知识领域间的联系,培养综合思维与解决复杂问题的能力,为在我校深入开展跨学科教学奠定了坚实基础。

 艺术教学升维:从技能到素养

葛飞老师聚焦“MYP Arts”,分享了IB文件修订带来的教学理念革新——推动概念教学质变,实现从“知识灌输”到“概念驱动”的转型。葛老师特别强调了艺术学科专属概念矩阵的重大意义:12个重大概念与4个相关概念融合为特定概念,让艺术教学得以跳出零散技能传授的窠臼,锚定深层理解的坐标。借助迭代更新的六大教学策略与扩容的工具包资源,学生能够将艺术概念深度融入创作与赏析过程,实现跨媒介、跨文化的真实场景应用。这标志着艺术学习从单纯的技能训练升维为全面的素养培育,为解锁艺术教学新范式提供了强大支持。

 

Elevating Arts Education: From Skills to Literacy

Teacher Ge Fei highlighted MYP Arts' conceptual shift - moving from knowledge delivery to concept-driven learning. The updated framework introduces:

A specialized Arts concept matrix (12 key + 4 related concepts)

Six enhanced teaching strategies

Expanded toolkit resources

张凡老师分享了参加Design学科Cat2培训的深刻体会。他表示,这次培训不仅增长了专业知识,尤其在课程设计和执行上收获颇丰,更大程度上让他对教育本身有了新的认识。“尽管我们如今面临的挑战与过去不同,但我们仍需要点燃通过教育创造一个更美好世界的热情,”张老师强调,“作为一个IB教育者,一定要激发自己的勇气。”他深刻体会到IB更重视概念驱动的情境化学习,鼓励学生通过“探究-行动-反思”来完成学习过程。这就要求教育者在单元计划、教学策略和教学工具上不断学习和实践。张老师最后总结道:“鼓励学生学思结合、博观约取、学以致用,尽可能多地参与到社区实践当中。这正是参加学习和培训的本质意义。学无止境,唯有相互研讨、切磋,才能形成更完善的体系。”他的感悟激励着所有同仁持续精进。
