At this moment, teacher show some examples from students, and ask student what does it include.

培优 七3班 黄嘉滢

黄嘉滢同学英语基础较好，每次单词听写几乎全对，平时在课堂上也特别认真与专注。每次布置作业，她都会积极完成。今天在课堂上学习了introduce yourself这一部分，该同学上课积极认真，但是在课堂上不太敢表现自己，非常的低调。在最后的show time环节，有几位同学自告奋勇的举手去讲台展示自己，进行自我介绍。但黄嘉滢同学想上去展示但是又不敢举手，我鼓励她要勇于展示自己，表现自己。在我的几次耐心鼓励下，该同学走上讲台，认真地进行自我介绍，完成得非常棒。我课后找到她，告诉她要克服胆怯，勇敢地展现自己。同时告诉她克服胆怯的方法：1. 确定自己的目标：明确你想要克服胆怯的原因。2. 正面思考：尝试转变你的思维方式，将挑战视为成长的机会。相信自己有能力克服胆怯，并且每一次尝试都是向目标迈进的步伐。3. 深呼吸和放松：在感到紧张或害怕时，进行深呼吸和放松练习。这将有助于减轻身体的紧张感，使你更加冷静和自信。4. 寻求支持：与他人分享你的感受，寻求他们的支持和鼓励。他们可以提供宝贵的建议和帮助，让你在克服胆怯的道路上不再孤单。5. 坚持不懈：克服胆怯需要时间和耐心，不要轻易放弃。我鼓励她持之以恒地练习和尝试，她会逐渐变得更加自信和勇敢，相信她能做到！
