Run'an Boarding School began to pilot the PYP with high-quality teachers all over the school in 2014 and became the first PYP authorized school in Anhui Province for Chinese students in 2018.

风日尤朗润，草木益清安。邂逅梅雨季难得的晴天，承载两月来耕耘的喜悦，近日，我校未来教育中心PYP在校体育馆成功举办2023毕业成果展。

Recently, on a rare sunny day during the plum rain season when all plants seem fresh and bright, the PYP of Hefei Run’an Boarding School successfully held the 2023 Exhibition in the Indoor Stadium full of joy of two-month hard work.

PYP六年级成果展是一次结业性质的体验，学习者可以在这里综合PYP的基本元素，并与整个学校社区分享。成果展是一轮协作式、开放式的探究，从个人兴趣开始，扩展到现实生活中值得关切的话题或问题。

The grade 6 PYP exhibition is a culminating experience where learners synthesize the essential elements of the PYP and share them with the whole school community. The exhibition is a collaborative open-ended inquiry that begins from personal interests and expands into a real-life issue or problem.

在本届PYP成果展中，各小组分别聚焦在世界宗教、东西方饮食、经济与货币、历史与文物、文学、科技、内心世界、人们的表达方式等话题，并按以下步骤成功实践：通过讨论找到可能进行调查研究的实际生活中的问题；提出有助于界定中心思想和确定探究线索的问题；制定学习成果展计划；收集必要的材料；记录和反思；学习成果展的现场展示。

In 2023 PYPX, each inquiry group focused on topics such as world religion, eastern and western diet, economy and currency, history and cultural relics, literature, science and technology, inner world, and people's expression, and successfully practiced according to the following steps: Discussing possible real-life issues or problems to be investigated; Posing questions that help define the central idea and decide upon the lines of inquiry; Planning the exhibition; Gathering the necessary materials; Recording and reflecting; Presenting the exhibition.

本届成果展从4月开始具体铺陈，5月4日，PYP项目协调员组织六年级师生，在小报告厅进行“PYPX动员会”，详细介绍了成果展的实施原则及其与UOI的异同点，在整体上为孩子们明确了行动框架。

The specific layout of PYPX 2023 started in April. On May 4, the PYPC organized held a "PYPX Kick-off Meeting" for sixth-grade teachers and students in the lecture hall, which introduced in detail the implementation principles of the exhibition and its similarities and differences with the routine UOI and holistically defined the action framework for learners.

在其后两个月的时间里，学习者受到老师、家长和导师的指导，展示了对IB学习者培养目标、态度、学习方法和重大概念的理解，并采取了积极的协作式行动。我们坚信，重点是成果展的实践过程，期间的各个阶段都同样重要。

In the following two months, learners were guided by their teachers, parents, and mentors, demonstrated understandings of the IB learner profile, attitudes, approaches to learning, and the key concepts, and took active collaborative actions. We firmly believe the emphasis is on the process, and all the stages are equally important.

当日下午，在家长及师生有序签到并落座后，四位学生主持做了简短开场，接着各探究小组上台，介绍两月内的分工与行动，介绍本组探究主题及PYP有关要素。而后，PYP项目协调员孙老师代表学部，对孩子们在PYP项目上的发展表达庆贺。

In the afternoon of that day, after parents, teachers, and students signed in and took seats orderly, four students presided over a brief opening. Then, each inquiry group came on stage to introduce the division of exhibition labor and actions within the past two months and elaborate on the inquiry themes and related PYP elements. Afterward, the PYP coordinator, Ethan Sun, represented the Integrated Department to congratulate and celebrate the learner's development in the PYP.

在润安学习社区，成果展不仅是一场展会或仪式，更是一场隆重的庆祝。庆祝学习者们在PYP要素上的发展。诚如IB使命宣言所说的，希望从润安IB项目毕业的孩子们，永远是培养勤学好问、知识渊博、富有爱心的年轻人，通过对多元文化的理解和尊重，为开创更美好、更和平的世界贡献力量！

In Run'an Learning Community, the annual PYPX is a presentation, ceremony, and grand celebration. Celebrate the development of learners in PYP elements. As stated in the IB mission statement, we hope that children graduating from Run'an IB programmes will always be inquiring, knowledgeable, and caring young person who helps to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect.
