王志轩同学英语学习上基础知识掌握不牢固,学习英语积极性不强,作业能够完成,但是正确率偏低,我经常提醒孩子背英语单词和短语。我也会利用课间或者夕会课时间和学生谈心,加强思想教育,检查课堂所学掌握情况,提升孩子学习兴趣和积极性,必要时和家长具体沟通在家情况,纠正不良习惯,针对性提升孩子英语学习意识和方法。让孩子觉得老师是重视他的。在遇到英语问题不明白的地方及时请教老师。后期,我会继续加强学习策略方面指导,鼓励王志轩进行深度学习和理解。加强心理健康教育,帮助学生应对压力和挑战。实施个性化教育,针具体情况具体分析,然后因材施教。
