| [What] 本课是外研版九年级上册第一模块第一单元的听说课，对话的内容是以托尼、玲玲等人收听《世界奇观》节目并拨打电话参与讨论为场景，介绍了巨人之路、维多利亚瀑布、三峡大坝和兵马俑等著名的景观。在这样一个令人喜欢的话题中，有效地复习了各种时态、并从对话中获取有关“世界奇观”的事实性信息和观点类信息。 [Why] 本课借助对话能让学生感知如何运用不同形式的语言准确、得体地发表个人观点，同时尊重他人的不同意见。帮助学生了解世界自然景观的奇特，感悟人文景观的伟大。该对话涉及学生比较感兴趣的人与自然话题，借助文本中的核心词汇：join in the discussion, natural wonder, even more fantastic等来对世界奇观加以描述，从而达到语言知识的灵活掌握。通过学习本单元，学生不仅可以知晓世界自然景观之奇特，也可以感悟到人文景观之伟大。 [How] 在本课教学活动中，老师可以利用多媒体素材，如“世界奇观”视频影音进行热身，为新课学习营造教学氛围。在课中，通过播放课文语音和视频使学生明确了解对话内容，熟悉对话中人物的事实性信息和观点类信息的表达，组织学生分组朗读模仿对话，在小组合作交流中进行语言项目的操练。这样学生可以通过思考，交流和合作等方式，更好的学习和使用英语，完成任务。 | ||

Reflection --- 辅弱 八1班陈瑜杰
陈瑜杰的听力和发音一直以来是他英语学习的弱项，现在进入九年级，课文的篇幅比之前要长，生词较多，所以我在上课的时候会多放录音，多读课文，并加强听说的训练，提高学生的听和说的能力。在课堂上，根据学生的个体差异，对不同程度的学生设计不同水平的问题, 比如陈瑜杰同学，因为他的学习成绩一直处于班级中等偏下，所以我会设置一些偏为基础的题目，保证他能够答对，不仅提升他的基础知识还能促进他学习英语的自信心。课后，抓好课余时间做好个别辅导工作同样重要，陈瑜杰同学不仅仅是我的学生还是我的育儿，所以我会多和他谈心、多鼓励、及时地进行心理沟通。对于他的努力和进步给予肯定，同时指出需要改进的地方。个别辅导是加强师生沟通、真切了解学生、帮助学生尤其是后进生提高学习成绩的最有效的方法，但需要教师付出更多的爱心、耐心和信心。
