Analysis of the Teaching Material	本单元的话题是“欢迎来到初中”，属于“人与自我”主题范畴，涉及“生活与学习”主题群。这个单元主要围绕初中学生应如何为开学做准备和适应初中校园生活展开。本单元主要由Get ready、Know your school、Introduce yourself和Hold a party这几个课时组成。 Get ready主要介绍了学生应如何为开学第一天做准备，包括提前准备学习用品和开学第一天穿着；Know your school主要介绍了新学校的设施场所、地点及其使用功能；Introduce yourself主要介绍了入学时学生如何向新老师和新同学介绍自己；Hold a party主要介绍了学生应如何与新同学团结合作，举办一场入学派对，并通过一起玩“制作许愿树”的游戏，彼此分享自己对初中校园生活的期待。
Analysis of the Target Students	七年级学生刚从小学升入初中，对英语学科既充满好奇又可能感到一定的压力。他们大多具备了一定的英语基础，如简单的日常对话、词汇量和基本句型等，但在语法理解、阅读理解和写作表达方面仍需加强。此外，学生的学习习惯、学习动力及自主学习能力存在较大差异，部分学生可能缺乏自信心，需要教师的特别关注和鼓励。因此，需充分考虑学生的个体差异，实施分层教学，确保每位学生都能在原有基础上取得进步。
Teaching objectives	通过本课时学习，学生能够： 1. 运用本课时的核心词汇和句型谈论自己为初中学习所需要的学习用具及衣物做好准备； 2. 能够理解并运用名词、冠词、数词和一般将来时； 3. 为将来的学生设计一款新校服。

Why do you feel nervous? 2. 学生观察与学习用品相关的图片，如textbooks, penci1 case, pen等，并通过游戏或配对活动巩固词汇。(A1) 3. 学生根据上下文选择相应词汇词补全对话后，听录音检查答案是否正确。(A1) 4. 学生听录音并回答三个问题：How many pens does she have? How many rulers does she have? Where are the school things? (A2) 5. 学生听原文录音并检查上一步的答案是否正确，同时关注语法：数词和冠词。(A2) 6. 学生观察与科目相关的图片如English, science, chemistry, Chinese, maths, geography, information technology, biology, moral education and law, physics 等，然后回答What subjects will you learn in junior high?，并通过 Listen and circ1e这一活动巩固词汇。(A3) 7. 学生观察与衣物相关的图片,如jacket, red scarf, hat, uniform, a pair of, sports trousers 等，然后回答What clothes will you wear on the first day of school?，并通过 Point and say这一活动巩固词汇。(A4) 8. 学生通过Listen and match，说出Wang Tao 和Nana即将要穿着的衣物，同时关注语法：一般将来时。(A5) Group work 1. 学生观察校服图片，并回答What are students going to wear when they are at school? (A6) 2. 学生观察校服图片，根据老师的提问说出上衣、裤子和鞋子的搭配，作为小组讨论的示范。(A6) 3.小组讨论：为将来的学生设计一款新校服，并在班内展示成果。	通过多样化活动，帮助学生记忆和运用新词汇。关注学生的回答情况，判断其是否已经掌握单词及相关语法点。通过听力练习，观察学生是否加深了对词汇和句型的理解和记忆。通过口语练习，观察学生是否能流利表达并恰当地用一般将来时的句子表达。学生根据自己的设计，书面整理 a new school uniform, 核查以下四个评价标准： 1）分别为男女生设计了校服，且设计的校服按季节或功能有所区别； 2）描述了校服的颜色； 3）描述了校服的特色；4）正确使用了名词单复数和一般将来时。
Self-assessment	1. 我能够谈论初中校园所需准备的学习用具及衣物。 2. 我能够正确理解并运用名词、冠词、数词和一般将来时。 3. 我能够为将来的学生设计一款新校服。
Homework	Must: 请用英文向同桌介绍自己为新学期所做的准备（文具、教科书、衣服等）； Can：欣赏其他小组的校服设计，选出自己最喜欢的，并用英文说明理由。

Tomorrow is my first day of junior high school.Luckily,we can wear our own clothes to school.We can also wear our own sun hats.I’m very excited about the first day and think about what to wear tomorrow.

I have many dresses.Two are very long,two are to my knees(膝盖) and the other three are short above(在……上面) my knees.The two long ones are black.The colour makes me look too serious(严肃的) in school and I can’t do sports easily.The two ones to my knees are pink.They look pretty,but they can get dirty in a few hours.So I am going to wear the short dresses to school.Every time I can wear a different colour,sometimes green,sometimes blue and sometimes red.They all get their turns.I also have three different sun hats to go with my dresses.All my friends say I’m good at matching(搭配) clothes.

I can’t wait to wear my beautiful dress and go to my new school tomorrow!
