Reflection --- 培优辅弱方法
培优 八1班 吕佳潼
吕同学的学习基础一般,但是她比较努力,所以她的成绩在班级属于中上水平。针对她的平时学习状态,可以采取如下的策略。
一、在目标设定上:
1、通过提升吕同学的批判性思维和自我反思能力,使她能够更深入地表达自己的理解和感觉和印象。仅停留在做题上是难以提升的,所以我鼓励在课后及时的提问,不要留着问题,以后会堆积更多的难题。
2、增强吕同学的自信心和表达能力,鼓励她积极参与课堂讨论和分享,不要羞于说出自己的想法。
二、在策略制定上:
1.提供个性化教学,我根据吕同学的学习特点和兴趣,在课堂上设计符合她需求的教学活动,如安排她和伙伴在课堂上进行对话的演绎,从而加深对自己所学内容的印象。
2.鼓励吕同学参加相关主题的演讲比赛、写作比赛等活动,提升她的实际应用能力。
不仅在课堂上引入更多元化的教学资源,如视频、音频、阅读材料等,在课后也给她推荐了一些教学视频进行学习,以丰富她的学习体验。
总之,我通过为她制定科学合理的计划并付诸实践,从而帮助她更好地理解和表达自己的感觉和印象,提升她的学习能力和综合素质。
